How To Get a Thinner Waist

how to get a smaller waist

Aside from a cleaner diet, and regular exercise (which I am working on a lot more frequently these days), we can create the illusion of a smaller, thinner waist. There are clothing pieces that will work in our favor to cinch the waist in, and compliment any body top. Now, the only reason I’m even addressing this is because I don’t have a very defined waist. My body shape is more, er, well, square I suppose.

This issue of creating lines and illusions to pull in the waist is something I’ve been crafting up since I realized that I didn’t have an hourglass shape.

Aside from being super complimentary, they add the perfect amount of punch to any look. It’s the most ideal hybrid of fancy with a touch of casual. These tops are like the waist shaper’s you’ve see on Instagram, without all the unwarranted organ damage.

Also, this super chic waist-defining style can be found in dresses as well. Clothing that pulls you in the waist to enhance your shape, and make you feel super polished and pull together is my kind of clothing. The top I’m wearing here is officially sold out, but I’ve linked a few flattering pieces I cannot wait to snag.
